4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete content (text, images, logos, videos, etc.) required for the project.

• Provide access to domain and hosting accounts.

• Review and approve work submitted by Webnotec.

5. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit upon signing the agreement.

• 50% upon completion and delivery of the project.

• Additional revisions or content creation services will be billed separately at $50 per hour.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the website and all associated files. Webnotec retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Webnotec will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure the breach within 7 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, America.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Webnotec and the client, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
